Refund & Returns

Refunds:
We value your trust in us, and we stand by the quality of our products. We will issue you a no questions asked refund if the issue arises within 30 days of the order being delivered.

Replacements:
In the unfortunate event that a product is delivered damaged or defective, we request you to share a high-quality image or video of the damage or defect. This will enable us to promptly process a replacement. Additionally, if your order exceeds 5 days beyond the estimated delivery window for your location, we will issue a replacement order for shipment.

Please be aware that processing time (the duration to issue a tracking code and ship the order) is separate from shipping time. items could take longer to arrive.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
In the unfortunate event of lost or stolen packages, Chubby Little Cheeks Co provides two options for your satisfaction. We can either issue a full refund for the entire order or, alternatively, send a single replacement for each order, free of charge. The decision between a refund or replacement is entirely up to you.
